"La Ferme de la Baie" has three lovely self-catering cottages - Le Fenil sleeps up to nine people and Abricot & Romarin sleep up to four people each. The cottages are surrounded by two acres of attractive grounds and each cottage also has its own fenced garden area.
The cottages were refurbished in 2007 to provide all the comforts of modern living. They still retain their rustic charm, however, and many of the original features have been incorporated into the modern décor. Heating is provided.
Shared facilities include a washing machine, a clothes line and a selection of books, board games and jigsaws. A few bikes are also provided.
Baby equipment, including a cot, a high chair, a baby bath and stair gates may be borrowed during your stay - please ask us for further details. |

| Le Fenil - sleeps up to 9 people | Le Fenil is a light and airy four-bedroom cottage which accommodates up to nine people plus a cot. Converted from an old hayloft (le fenil), the cottage has its own private garden with a garden table, chairs and a parasol.
Stone steps from the garden lead up to the front door of the cottage, which opens into a spacious open-plan living area with vaulted ceilings.
The large fitted kitchen area is equipped with a modern gas cooker, a large fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave. A washing machine and clothes line are shared by the cottages. |

In the sitting area, comfortable seating is arranged around a log burner and a television, a DVD player and a CD/radio/cassette player have all been provided. The television receives both English and French channels. There are some books and games in the cottage - and DVDs may be borrowed by guests.
The dining area has a long oak dining table with chairs for seating up to nine people. The space is also ideal for larger groups wishing to eat together - and additional dining tables and chairs can be provided for up to 25 people. |

From the living area, steps lead down to the cottage’s four bedrooms, shower room and WC.
Bedroom 1 is furnished with twin beds which can be converted into one double bed. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a double bed. It also has a picture window, which was originally the opening to the hayloft. Bedroom 3 is furnished with twin beds and has room for a cot. An extra single bed (narrower than normal) is stored underneath one of the twin beds. Bedroom 4 is furnished with a double bed and also has room for a cot. All of the bedrooms have shelf storage, hanging space and are furnished with bedside tables and lamps.
The shower room has a large shower, a hand basin and a WC. There is also a separate WC with a hand basin. |

| Abricot & Romarin - sleep up to 4 people each | Abricot and Romarin are both two-bedroom cottages created from a traditional stone barn. They both have the same layout but slightly different décor. In addition, Abricot’s bathroom has a bath with a shower over it - Romarin’s bathroom just has a shower. Each has its own private garden equipped with a garden table, chairs and a parasol - and there’s an apricot tree in Abricot’s garden and rosemary bushes in Roamrin’s garden! |

| The cottages both have large, open-plan living rooms with kitchen, dining and sitting areas. The fitted kitchens have a modern gas cooker, a fridge and a microwave. A washing machine and clothes line are shared by the cottages. |

In both the cottages, wooden stairs lead up to a landing, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. In Abricot, there is room for a third bed in Bedroom 2. The bedrooms in both cottages are furnished with bedside tables and lamps. Ample shelf storage and hanging space is provided.
Abricot’s bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, a hand basin and a WC. Romarin has a shower room with additional storage space and a separate WC with a hand basin. |

| The Grounds | "La Ferme de la Baie" has two acres of lovely gardens and grounds. Each of the three cottages has its own enclosed garden areas - the rest of the grounds are shared. Hammocks, swings and a slide have been provided and there is plenty of wide open space to play ball games alongside the cottages. A paddling pool and a sandpit can be made available on request. |

| A covered hangar in the grounds is a great place to have a barbecue and dine alfresco. Guests are also welcome to sample ripe fruit and nuts from our numerous fruit trees, which include cherry, peach, plum and walnut trees. |

| Adjacent to the main play area is a field where we keep our sheep and hens. During the summer moths, piglets live at the far end of the field and it’s definitely worth the walk to watch their antics! |
